Domestic Shipping

Smith Concepts use Sendle Couriers. If PO Box or remote area delivery is required Australia Post will be used in replacement of courier.

Smith Concepts tries to ensure the most efficient shipping method with tracking numbers for your package using the address you provide.

International Shipping

Smith Concepts use standard air postage for all international postage via Australia Post. Postage calculated per weight and country.

No liquids/dangerous goods can be sent internationally.

Missing and Damaged Parcels

Please contact Smith Concepts Customer Care and we will attempt to do everything we can to track and locate your package. If your package is not found then an investigation with either the courier company or Australia Post will be initiated. Please note, the investigation process is with the shipping company and not Smith Concepts.

If a claim can be made, Smith Concepts will refill your order once the claim has been processed and received.

Smith Concepts hold no responsibility for correctly addressed missing parcels, however, we will work closely with you and the shipping company to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Smith Concepts pack your order with the greatest of care and hold no responsibility for damaged parcels in transit.

NOTE: COVID-19 Due to government social distancing rules and regulations shipping/postage companies are using the contactless delivery method.

Therefore signature upon delivery is not an option. Your package will be left at reception or a safe place at deliverers own discretion.
